Used for photo print hinging
I am a photographer who makes hand-made bound portfolios (books) of original photographic prints that are hinged then bound with screw posts. I use this tape to make a flexible, durable plastic hinge between the paper side strip and the print. I put a layer of tape on each side, so the hinge is two thicknesses of this tape. It's clear, looks good, goes on smoothly, and appears to age well. I use 1/2" for small prints and 3/4" for large prints.
